What is an initiative?

An initiative is a practical action or project (or group of projects) that can be performed to make your IT effectiveness better. 

 

Initiatives address the problem hot spots identified on the IT/CBM heatmap generated by the RAITH analysis

RAITH™ analysis identifies the highest priority initiatives based on your questionnaire responses and includes these in your report.

Initiative priorities are presented on a "2 x 2" matrix which includes priority, evidence (how much data supports the calculated priority), and extent to which an initiative addresses the heatmap (bubble size)
